Acronis Backup Gateway is Degraded
We have been notified that there is an issue at the Acronis EU data centre. Some customers are unable to perform backup and restore operations.
We are awaiting updates from Acronis as to expected resolution.
As of now we have had no reports of the UK data centre being affected by this.
We will issue another update as we know more.
