An updated will be posted once the migration has successfully completed.|
|Update 11:44: We are working to resolve an issue affecting some customers on mail storage 18. Some user may have difficulty logging into their account, see 504 error or disconnect errors. To help rectify this issue as quickly as possible we are migrating affected mailboxes to new storage. No mail will be lost during this migration.|

|Update 12:25: We are continuing to work on the current issues regarding email accounts on the cloud. We are upgrading storage which will resolve the issue in the long run. Some users may well experience slow performance on webmail however as data is being migrated over this should improve usability. We will continue to post updates when available.|
|Fixing 15:10: Some customers may experience problems on e-mail accounts hosted on the Cloud: - Issues with syncing subscribed folders on e-mail clients; - Webmail may not show e-mails; - User can't login; We're working on this and it should be resolved shortly. - Planned 12:15: We will be rolling out reboots on Vidahost services in order to patch for the Spectre + Meltdown vulnerabilities. Dedicated, VPS and cPanel customers will experience a short period of downtime during the rollout of these patches as server reboots take effect.
